All properties on Station Mews are to be sold freehold.
The private access drive has been constructed to North East Lincolnshire Council Highways Department adoptable standards. However, in order to keep the access drive private and not a public thoroughfare, the developers have chosen to form a mutual management company.
This measure will ensure that exclusive usage rights for Station Mews residents are upheld, and will also provide for future maintenance. The ownership of the management company will be transferred to the residents on completion of the development.
The management company will be liable for maintenance of the common areas, private access drive and landscaping, and all residents of Station Mews will make a small annual contribution. An accurate projected figure will be made available to prospective purchasers.
